Once I purchase a Lifetime product, will there be on-going support available?

Our tools are updated each year in line with legislative changes and should you require individual updates, we’re just at the end of the phone.

How can I get the most out of Lifetime?

As the Lifetime products complement each other, using them together can maximise their effectiveness. In addition, a launch campaign can ensure your new initiative has the desired impact on members. How is it hosted?

AHC can offer hosting, or you can host a product on your own server if you prefer. Either way, the number-crunching is done on the member’s computer with minimal additional load placed on your systems.

How secure are the online statements?

Online statements are hosted on one of our secure servers. Personal data is encrypted while stored. It is temporarily decrypted when loaded into the member’s benefit statement (or a data-linked calculator) but never saved permanently to the server. A member’s password only allows access to their data – it cannot be used to decrypt any other member record.
